USE
1). To fill your hot water bottle, hold by the rubber neck and fill in an upright position to a maximum of two thirds capacity. Do not fill with boiling water.
2). Remove excess air from your hot water bottle by placing on to a flat surface until water appears at the opening.
3). Finger tight should be adequate.
